Cool, but really really ridiculous. People spend so much money on electronics now days... same goes for sterio systems in boats, crazy... like its a dang party. I dont want any electronics, no gps, no sterio, nada.. learn the water, learn the bay. Guess im old school though. Spot lights way cheaper, but I dont use lights 98% of the time anyways. how did you connect the FLIR with Simrad NSS. is it direct or need some third party devices

No doubt a decent bit of tech. My concern is that this type of equipment is used to much, and instead of guys having good navigational skills (as demonstrated here with the SOG set to and referenced to in MPH instead of Knots)! Good navigation training and a decent radar negates the need for such cameras. FLIR marine cameras are primarily designed for search and rescue and law enforcement.

Are you mad? Using a screwdriver against the paintwork is asking for trouble. You should use a plastic pry tool instead!

What addition item need to be purchased in order to install it on Simrad EVO 3?

Is there a stress issue with the under cover drive belt? The servo was blocking access but did you find out if the belt is causing stress or tension to the powertrain? I’ve seen footage of belt tension/resistance without the motor in place. The chassis rolled freely and came to a quick stop. They were trying to figure out why the esc caught fire and… IMO a “too high” of a kv motor around 2500 kv… maybe that but I think 1100 is the sweet spot. I would also aim for disc brakes to NOT use the motor all the time. I love this platform I’d love to have one BUT there’s not enough content about this electric version with TRIAL AND ERRORS.. will you make more content and or show us how the car is doing? If you have it lol…

You have beautiful place, I just bought the surface cleaner yesterday, tried it today and loved it.

First - I read all the great reviews and bought. I was BLOWN AWAY! This thing was GREAT! For about 15 hours - and the problems started. Reading the bad reviews - I started having the problems others have - leaking around the shaft - the arms stops spinning - or barely spinning to the point it won't clean any more. I took it back to Home Depot - and exchanged it for another one. Again - about 15-20 hours - and same problems. I called RYOBI - and they basically confirmed they are expendable item. ALSO - the spray tips ARE NOT replaceable as are the tips in all commercial machines - BECAUSE they will wear out - and that affect cleaning ability. SOOOO - if you buy this knowing that you will only get about 15-20 hours use out of it -- then it is 5 STARS -- but if you are planning on using it for more than this - you will be disappointed. Just understand what you are buying. I took the second one back to Home Depot for a refund. I will apply this money to one which you can use longer and has replacement parts.

Just got the 3000 PSI Ryobi (Honda engine) and the 15" surface cleaner, I must be getting older because I can't wait to use it tomorrow. Pretty sure the driveway at my house has never been cleaned since it was paved in the late 70's. I've got a brick retaining wall in the backyard I'm going to clean, as well. Nice to see a straightforward video review that isn't 20 minutes of talking and 3 minutes of actual usage (if you're lucky!). Thanks!

He was successful with that screwdriver but don't you take the risk of scratching your paint! One slip and you will regret using a sharp metal object. I used a semi-rigid/flexible narrow plastic tool to help pull the front part of the lens away from the frame. You'll need that small flat bladed screwdriver however to release the wire connector so be careful doing that procedure.
